We make it easy. All you have to do is choose…

1 – Your Name, Santa’s Secret Shop or Holiday Gift Shop

Both offer the same great service and gift line. One just has a more generic name for those schools that prefer one.

2 – Your Selling Week

You can choose the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd week in December. If these dates don’t work for you, just let us know and we can work with you to find dates that do work.

3 – English or Bilingual Parent Letters

You get to choose if your parent letters come in all English or Bilingual.

4 – A traditional inventory or No-Count Inventory Program

With the traditional inventory, you will need to count in and count out your inventory. With this option, you can mix and match your mark-up. If you would like an easier program, go with the no-count inventory program and choose one straight mark-up.

5 – 0%, 5%, 10%, or 20% Mark-Up

These are our most common mark-ups. If you are running a gift shop as a service to your students, you may prefer a 5% mark-up. If you would like to earn more money for your school, go with the 20% mark-up.

6 – The use of a Cash Register or our new Tablet Register.

This year we are rolling out our new tablet registers to help you check out your shoppers on the go! Sign up today and reserve your tablet register while supplies last.

7 – Optional Use of Our Inflatable Sir Fun Bear and Outdoor Vinyl Banners

Want to make your gift shop stand out? Be sure to ask for our outdoor vinyl banner to hang up near your drop-off/pick-up line and set our inflatable Sir Fun Bear nearby. They are sure to get some attention.

8 – Your Start Up Kit Arrives

Your Start Up kit arrives with everything you need to start planning your shop, including…
Step by Step promotional Guide, full color parent letters with parental infomercial on QR code, Money envelopes, posters and outdoor vinyl banners.

9 – We Deliver

Fun Services Drivers will hand deliver your merchandise to the classroom of your choice along with…
Your merchandise you will receive an instructional packet, Tablecloths, Door Panels, Gift labels for each item, “It’s almost my turn to Shop” Reminder Stickers, Cash Register, Thank You Shopping bags to carry gifts home and MOST IMPORTANT our Mylar Self-Sealing “To/From” Gift Bags for each item purchased.

10 – Calculate your bill.

Calculate your Bill using our easy to use Sales Tally Invoice Form

11 – We Pick Up Any Unsold Merchandise

Fun Services will pick up any unsold merchandise, supplies and of course your check for payment!
