Sack Races are a familiar Fun Olympics activity that works for schools, companies, churches and community picnics.
Participants step into individual sacks and hop through a marked course while trying to stay balanced and reach the finish line.
The race can be run as individual heats or as a team relay.
Racers line up inside their sacks behind the starting line.
At the signal, participants hop toward the finish marker while remaining inside the sack.
Winners can advance to a final round or score points for their teams.
